Really nice apartment 20 min to resorts. It is a mother-in-law but it does not feel like it, as it has 10 ft high ceilings, large above ground windows with mountain views it has a private entrance, and lots of light. Brand new remodel. Nice kitchen, a storage room and a few hallway closets that are not pictured. It is furnished ( I can rearrange or remove furniture). Parking for 1 large vehicle in drive way plus street parking, stairs to access the apartment. Best of all I am a relaxed landlord. I live on the second level and you will hardly see or hear me, I travel often. The apartment is very quiet!! For example I commonly host travel nurses who work grave shifts and never had a problem. I am also a super host on Airbnb but I want a cool long term renter now. Hurray for you because I normally have this completely booked. Nice beautiful yard that is filled in with plants in summer. There is a barbecue and covered patio. Only smoking outside. I have referrals you are welcome to message.
