New Windows! Looking to replace your front door before move-in! Private entrance with three off-street parking spaces available. 

The house is owner occupied upstairs with working professional couple who enjoy the outdoors; hiking, mtn biking, skiing, etc. We socialize, but no late night parties. We are looking for tenants that are friendly both to us and our neighbors. We love furry friends, but unfortunately can't have any pets downstairs at this time. Absolutely no smoking on property.

Term is 12 months with options to extend. Rent is $2000/mo. Can be prorated if moved in early or halfway through a month. Security deposit is $2000. Renters would pay flat utility fee throughout the year for Google Fiber, power, gas, sewage, etc. This equates to 50/50 with upstairs, minus water that we pay for. Applicants will have to consent to a background check for a nonrefundable $45 through Rentler. Combined income 3x rent, credit score 650+ and must pass background check.
