Basement for rent

Looking for 1 person to fill the FURNISHED basement room of our house in Sandy starting June 1st for $1200/month (utilities, google fiber, etc. INCLUDED). 9.5 MONTH LEASE (June 1-March 15). $1200 due at move in for security deposit. May 15th available for move-in if necessary.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood off of 9800 S, 5 minutes from the LCC park-n-ride with great access to skiing, hiking, and climbing in the cottonwoods. It has an E facing fenced-in backyard with views of SW broads fork twin peaks :). There are lots of space for storage in the garage, under the stairs, and in an outdoor shed.

The room is the entire basement floor of the house, equipped with a king size mattress, bed-frame, sofa, TV, mini-fridge, sink, and more! You will have your own bathroom with a rain shower-head. There’s tons of natural light— huge windows for a basement unit. The washer/dryer is right next to the room downstairs. Feel free to use the common spaces (kitchen, living room, outdoor deck) upstairs as well. There is space for a plug-in stovetop above the mini fridge if that’s your vibe. There is a fireplace in the basement but is for visual aesthetic only, not for actual use.
