This fully furnished home is available for lease with flexible terms, ranging from 90 days to 2 years. We are open to removing furniture to accommodate tenant preferences, offering a reduction in rent in such cases.

Lease Duration: Available from 3 months to 2 years.

6 Months or Longer:
Tenants will be required to put gas and electricity in their own name and internet.
The owner will cover water, trash, and sewage and cable streaming service.

Less than 6 Months:
Utilities gas, electricity, water, sewage, trash and cable streaming service will remain in the owner's name, and tenants will be charged based on actual usage for reimbursement. Tenants will be required to put internet in their name.

All Leases:

Move in Fees consists of:
-$350 non-refundable cleaning fee
-$250 non-refundable lease initiation fee

Pet Fees
