          Step out onto your front porch & be instantly greeted to Liberty Park! Take a morning jog or a sunset walk, enjoy amenities like the Pool, Tracy Aviary, Volleyball, Tennis, the occasional Food Truck happenings & Various Vendors over the Summer. There are even FREE musical concerts on Monday nights in the summer time or you can enjoy the melodies from the comfort of your own front porch along with a killer sunset view through the pines in the middle of the city :)

          Not only is Liberty Park a hop and skip away, so is the ever growing 9th & 9th! Take a short walk and grab a bite, watch a movie, have some gelato or check out the cool shops & grab some tappas and an after work drink!

          I'm in my 30's going to school part time. Looking for a young professional preferably another lady, though I am open to a guy. There are no pets currently living here and I would like to keep it that way. Smoking is cool outside & I don't mind if your enjoying a few drinks. This is a home that's been split into 3 units, mine is entire main floor. I've lived & loved being here for a little over 10 years now.

          The room is fairly large, big enough for a queen bed, love seat sized couch plus with a particularly spacious closet! The house is on the corner of a side street where you can always find off street parking alongside the casa. We have a private laundry room as well. You'll have your own cabinet in the bathroom and enjoy a deeper tub than the average, we've got 15" of bubble time depth ;) 

          Great view of the fenced in luscious & private backyard from one of the bedroom windows, which is complete with garden boxes if you enjoy growing things or would like to try your hand at sprouting some seeds next spring :) There is even a mature grape vine that wraps around the entire yard!
