He has his own entrance and he parks on the road. His entrance is separated from the back yard. You rarely see him, just coming and going from time to time. He enters the unit from the path behind the garage. No walls are shared with the house so we haven't ever had any noise issues.
Renter Pays all utilities and HOA. A $100 monthly credit will be issued to offset the utilities costs for the apartment.
This is a great home, we are only moving because the home my family has always wanted came available and we are purchased it. You will love the many benefits of this home, the neighborhood, and the daybreak layout.
We expect this home to be available 5/1/2021 but we don't know for sure as we are leasing back the home we purchased to the sellers until they find a rental they like. We hope to have a better idea by the end of March. My understanding is they don't intend to stay long but it really depends on how long it takes them to find the right rental home in a new city.
