Private room for rent

We are currently seeking a responsible single working professional to occupy our two available bedrooms located on the upstairs level of our residence.

**Availability Notice**: September 1st

**Private Room for Rent**:

- Location: Upstairs

- Monthly Rent: $700

**Lease Terms**:

- Month-to-month lease agreement

- A security deposit of $200, in addition to the first month’s rent, is required prior to move-in

**Shared Amenities**:

- Bathroom featuring dual sinks

**Included Amenities**:

- Access to laundry facilities and a refrigerator in the garage

- Wi-Fi, utilities, and laundry detergent are included in the rental fee

- Street parking is available

**Additional Information**:

- Pets are not permitted, with the exception of small, non-shedding animals

- A background check is mandatory for all prospective tenants

- Kitchen access is not available

- A credit check is not required

**Roommate Preferences**:

- We are ideally looking for a single occupant. However, if a friend is interested, there are two rooms available. In this scenario, the tenants would share a bathroom located at one end of the house to enhance privacy.
