Hi, we are Brandon and Debbie, your lucky hosts. This recently 2024 remodeled basement apartment is our short-term rental, typically listed on Airbnb and VRBO. It is designed with classy finishes and was explicitly constructed to host our guests and is hardly recognizable as a basement getaway. It is full of light and refreshing upon arrival, having a touch of class and curb appeal to make your stay exciting and memorable. We are opening this up for an optional 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, or 12-month rental agreement.
We live in a beautiful area of town, on a quiet street, within a luxury neighborhood.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 6 + one pack 'n play.
The king bedroom suite sleeps 2 and features a king bed with a tranquil mattress. The 55" TV provides plenty of entertainment options, while the cozy chair and full standup mirror complete the space. The custom walk-in shower with a bench and two shower heads along with the atmospheric lighting is an inviting couple's romantic treat.
The second bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed with a twin trundle that sleeps up to 4. And oh, how grand, a separate bathroom accommodates the 2nd bedroom. A Private desk/workstation was thoughtfully designed and supported with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property for all your devices and streaming needs. A custom Kitchen is conveniently equipped with oodles of amenities to improve your stay.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the combo washer/dryer is behind the beautiful, hand-crafted sliding
barn door.
There are countless places to eat in the Spanish Fork area, and you'll find notes on our favorites during your stay, but for those special magical nights, turn off the electronics, dim down the lights, and enjoy family dining around the table for 6.
The Living room, with a 75" TV and phenomenal surround sound, is excellent for watching the best action and thriller movies. You'll find a range of entertaining books for all ages, a classic arcade, a wide selection of family board games, card games, and more. For couples’ evening out, enjoy a game of pickleball at the local courts with paddles and balls provided.
1 vehicle can be parked in the far-left driveway in front of the single-car garage, not blocking the 2-car garage on the right. Please feel free to park here throughout your stay. Additional parking is available on the street if needed.
You'll access the home through the 2-car garage, using the keypad code provided. You
enter the home through the door at the bottom of the stairs, also with keypad access.
We have spent the last year working through the details of the basement renovations and
preparing for the experience you are about to have.
This home is fully furnished and will not accommodate bringing furniture or excess storage. It is move-in ready with a fully functional kitchen and includes all utilities and internet.
We want you to have an incredible stay while respecting our property and neighborhood. Please adhere to the following house rules:
- Smoking/Vaping & illegal substances are not allowed in the home or on the property.
- Pets are not allowed in the home or on the property.
- Please keep the garage door closed and the doors locked when not in use.
- Property access codes are not to be shared with unregistered guests.
- Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.
- Please be respectful of personal property. Items in the garage belong to the owner and are not available for use.
