Private Bedroom and Shared Bathroom

Female housing only. Three private rooms posted for $650 each. One room left.

One private room $650 monthly - all utilities and internet included + and a lot of extra storage space in the basement. Willing to lower the price to $400 per month for 2-3 hours of work per week being my assistant (light housekeeping, and organization, or taking photos of stuff to sell on the Internet or helping with postings etc.) 

Come share a home with other YSA women in an LDS standard household!

Can be furnished with a twin bed and mattress if needed.

You'd share the home with me (a 31 yr old single mom/school teacher and my 7 yr old) and our other single female roommates 19 and 25 yrs old. I rent and sublease out rooms to what I consider very "safe" and kind roommates because I'm a bit protective of who I let into our home and have around my kiddo. 

If you want to live in a house full of young women who are super safe and cautious about who and what they bring into the home, this is the place for you. Kind, courteous women who are considerate and seem to mesh well with us are what we are looking for. We are a bit introverted and mostly keep to ourselves, but also make a great support system and listening ear. 

Your room is on the second story, sharing a full bathroom with two other girls. You also have access to the shared half bath on the main floor, kitchen, living room, and unfinished basement (for extra storage). Three fridges, so no fighting over fridge space! 

Great YSA and family wards in the area!

I already have a couple small dogs, and we can't have cats (allergies). But other types of pets *may be approved. 

You MUST pass a thorough background check and a have a credit score of 650 or greater or no credit.

No drinking, drugs, alcohol, or romantic overnight guests allowed. Other overnight guests such as family members or friends are fine for a couple days at a time here and there with a heads-up to the rest of the roommates beforehand.
