,Two private rooms with a shared bathroom available. $650 per month per room, all utilities included. $1000 per month for both rooms if rented to the same person or people.

Come be our roommate in this gorgeous townhome located on the northeast side of Spanish Fork, toward Mapleton. Pickleball court available for these townhomes! High speed internet! Can come partially furnished with a twin bed and mattress if needed. 

You'd share the home with two other YSA single girls (25, 32). We are pretty fun, and active, but are so busy we mostly keep to ourselves. Bonus if you want to be a boxing partner - continually adding to my weight room/workout/boxing area. We have a UFC multi dummy, have bought a hip and glute machine, and are picking up a heavy boxing bag and banana bag as well. 6 pound weighted hoop is lots of fun for shredded abs.

The rooms are on the second story right next to a shared full bathroom. There is also an additional shared half bath on the main floor. 

Shared kitchen, living room, laundry room, and large unfinished basement/workout zone. Also can make space for storing a few extra boxes if needed. Ample fridge and freezer space with 3 full sized fridge/freezers. Garage parking or storage on half of the garage with an extra $75 per month.

No more dogs as we already have the limit. Other pets **may be considered with additional rent and deposit. $75 month extra pet rent + $300 extra security deposit. I don't know how my dogs get along with cats tbh.

The lease would now through the end of July 2025, at which time if it still seems like a good fit on both ends and with the main landlord, we would all renew for another year with them.

You MUST pass a thorough background check, not  have a history of drug, alcohol, or substance abuse accounted for or not in your background check. You must have a credit score of 625 or greater. Single moms welcome.

NO drinking, drugs, vaping, weed, alcohol, or romantic overnight guests allowed. Other overnight guests such as family members or friends are fine for a couple days at a time here and there and with prior notice to the group chat (talk with me & read over official lease agreement for details). 

MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK & anyone you bring into the home must be able to if asked as well. We are a SUPER safe household of women who are careful who we bring into our home. The neighborhood is pretty chill and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. If you're looking for a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of busy roommates who are in and out all the time with people and noise, this is your place. We are all super chill, keep to ourselves, are not home much, but also have each other's back, extend invites here and there, and make a great support system when needed.

Art, music, arcade, fishing, hunting, boxing, training horses, taking dogs on hikes are all the regular here so hmu if you'd like to be our next roommate.
