Welcome to our home! We're offering our adjoining downstairs bedrooms and their bathroom as a suite for rent. It's perfect for a professional who needs a home office, a pair of roommates, or a couple who just wants a little extra space to themselves! Use the adjoining second room as your private office or entertainment space away from the common spaces in the rest of our spacious home.

The home has six bedrooms, multiple shared common living areas, laundry, and a kitchen. One living room is furnished with couches, a fireplace, and a TV; the dining room and kitchen are also furnished. You will have a dedicated refrigerator in the garage just outside your suite. There is both street parking and a large driveway. The garage is occupied.

There is a large, partially unfenced, landscaped yard and a large patio with a gas grill.

Utilities are included in the rent. Google Fiber/WiFi is included!

Please note that this is a queer-friendly/PLUR house with young adult tenants! Only existing pets are allowed, and smoking is prohibited. Vaping is allowed.
