$800/mo which includes all utilities. $400 security deposit ($300 refundable). $1200 move in (first + security).

Access to full kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Lots of storage space in the rooms and hallway. More storage in basement if needed.

2 Gigabit internet and off-street parking included (In-Driveway if your vehicle is leak free). BI offer a bonus room across the hall has 55" 4K TV, Xbox One X and a chaise that you would be welcome use and use as an office space if you want. I have a professional cleaning crew come service the whole house once per month and you can opt out of if you want.

I'm looking for a chill, clean, responsible, working or college person to sign a minimum 12-month lease. This is a great neighborhood in Stansbury Park with lots of parks and close shopping and walking distance to the Benson Grist Mill.

No smoking, partying or drugs. I'm laid back and non- LDS but I am a 46-year-old professional. No pets or couples please as I'm allergic to animals. A/C is always cool in the summer and heat is warm in the winter.
