-We are 8 minutes away from UVU, 15 minutes from BYU, and 2 minutes away from the Front Runner!
-Being right next to the lake, you’ll have access to plenty of walking paths, parks, Utah Lake access points, and a breathtaking view of the lake/sunset right from the balcony.
-You’ll also have access to a clubhouse with a gym & a swimming pool.
-There is plenty of FREE visitor parking out front.
-Our unit is on the top floor so you won’t have to deal with loud upstairs neighbors. The ceilings are taller as well making the unit feel bigger and more open.
-All appliances and washer/dryer are provided.
