 We are renting a private bedroom, private bathroom which is located in the heart of Vineyard, Just south of the megaplex and Topgolf.  Located in a beautiful townhome on 2nd floor along with the shared kitchen. . The laundry room is also included at no extra cost (any repairs or damage will be apart of the security deposit. (located on the 3rd floor) but you will need to have your own laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc.

This is a perfect location for a single female they/them. We are LGBTQ friendly and have two well trained dogs that will only be allowed in our designated area. We ask that no other pets will be allowed even ESA. The kitchen will be a shared space, you will have your own medium sized mini fridge that you can keep in your room or in the dining room at no extra cost. Along with some cabinets to keep your belongings in.

The entire townhome is 2,300 sq. ft. built in 2017. 

Parking pass ranges around $100 monthly. (Not included in base rent)

Utilities are split between 3 people. 

Internet, clubhouse (gym, pool, year round hot tub) all included at no extra cost.
