Available Now~2nd floor spacious, furnished room with two closets and a private bathroom on the main floor. $675/month (2nd bedroom in pictures)

UTILITIES INCLUDED

6month-12month lease.

Deposit is 1 months rent.

I rent out 3 rooms in my townhome in central West Jordan and they are all becoming available this December and January.

I can provide or un-provide furnishing if needed.

I pay for internet. If you work from home though you will have to pay for your own internet and extra utility fee.

20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Jordan Landing. It's about a ten minute walk to the library and two minutes to the nearest trax station (red line).

There is one parking space available, otherwise we always have parking stalls within a 60 second walk.

I provide cleaning supplies for the kitchen. I wash the rags and deep clean the kitchen once a week. Also the downstairs tv is connected to my Netflix, Hulu and Max which you are welcome to use.

Community pool open in the summer.

The house is 18+

I'm allergic to most everything with fur (fish and reptiles are ok)
