Available March 1st.  Newly built, unfurnished bedroom for rent in a spacious fully finished basement apartment that includes the use of a full kitchen, bathroom, large family room, and laundry room.  There are only 2 bedrooms in the basement apartment.  The other room is rented, so you only have to share the apartment with 1 other roommate.   Home is in a newer, safe, and quiet neighborhood.  The two-bedroom basement apartment has a beautiful and newly installed kitchen with granite counter-tops, new appliances that include a 5-burner gas stove, convection oven, double-door fridge with water and ice in the door, dishwasher, double stainless-steel sink with disposal, and microwave.  Apartment also has a new custom bathroom with a larger shower, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a large living room.  Over 1200 sq/ft (see pictures)!  Family room is furnished with couches, tables, and chairs.  Kitchen has dining table and chairs.  Custom fixtures and recessed lighting throughout with all LED bulbs.  Basement is only 2/3 submerged, has lots of windows and was built with 9-foot ceilings to allow for lots of natural light! 

The single-occupancy room (no pets or couples) is newly finished, has a ceiling fan light, double-pane window with blinds, and custom closet with shelves and hanging rods.  Lots of privacy and space for a room rental!  Current tenant in the second room works full time.  Landlord living upstairs is a single dad with 1 child that is only there part-time.  It's a very quiet and private home for the size!

Looking for a renter that is clean, quiet, and respectful.  Vacuum is provided for the basement apartment.  Each renter cleans up after themselves (hence why deposit is so low).  I will clean the carpets on a semi-annual basis and do general maintenance.  No drinking, smoking, vaping, drugs etc.   No Pets or parties.  Driveway parking is included!   Basement Kitchen is stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, pot and pans already.

First month's rent and deposit due at signing.  Month to month ok, but prefer a 6 month commitment.
