We are also offering Veterans or United States Military Personnel $500 off first month’s rent! Teachers and Education Administration will have their application fee waived as credit!

Terms

1. Application Fee $55.00 *non-refundable* paid to third-party. 3x rent required for income, cosigners accepted.

2. Holding Fee $250.00 to be applied towards security deposit.

3. Refundable security deposit $1,000.00 *on approved credit* or up to one month's rent, or qualified co-signer.

4. $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.

5. We are a pet-friendly property! Your pets are very welcome!

6. Utilities. Water, sewer, garbage depending on usage.

7. Parking available. Each resident will have one registered spot.
