Instructions to complete a full application.
1. Request to schedule a tour online by following the prompts.
2. Applicants must see the unit in person or virtual tour before applying.
3. Start your application process (orangedoor.managebuilding.com)
4. Create your account/ login to your email to activate your account/create password/from the menu - new
application/ choose the property your applying for
5. Complete Personal information/ Rental History / Employment History
6. Email 3 months pay stubs and ID card to [email protected]
7. Applicants moving for work must email offer letters and or contract, and previous 3
month pay stubs. Self employed applicants can provide other documents to prove income.
8. Applicants applying with other income sources must provide this documentation; housing vouchers, child
support, social security, VA benefits etc.
9. Applicants applying with pets must provide breed, weight, age, color, service or support animals must
provide documentation.
10. Once income documents are completed you will receive an email to complete a screening by TransUnion
1-833-458-6338.
11. Complete screening and pay $32 Fee. Applicants without SSN can be accepted with alternative proof of
financial responsibility such as portable screening reports, Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
or other proof of income.
12. Once completed you will receive a timestamp for completion of the full application.
13. Approved applicants will be offered a lease.
14. Applicants must be able to sign a lease within 48hrs of receiving it.
