We are in the process of trying to get an operable "Mini-Split" in the unit which would provide more affordable heating and also air conditioning.  This is in process and should not be counted on at this point..

Minimum Qualification Standards

Any Occupant 18 years or older must apply separately. Applications will be denied if applicant does not meet the following standards for Qualification:

Applicant must have current photo Identification and a valid SS #.

Minimum household Income must exceed 3x the rent for the past 2 years.

All income must be from verifiable sources.  Unverifiable income will not be considered.

Applicant must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. 

Applicant may not have any prior evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. 

Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life evidenced by a credit score of 600 or higher.

Applicant must pay for a Screening which includes A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18 which evidences a pattern of responsible and civil behavior.

Occupancy limit for this unit is limited to 2 persons per bedroom.
