Includes refrigerator, stove, through-wall AC, bathroom with tub/shower, two large closets, onsite coin-operated laundry, private parking, and a storage locker. 

An initial one year lease is requested, that then converts months-to-month. Security deposit is $600 to be paid to hold Apt until occupancy. Rent of $600/month is due before occupancy and will be prorated for a partial month.  Rent payment includes heat, water, sewer, and garbage pickup.  Tenant pays electricity and internet/cable services. 
Building entries and Apt doors are secured with tenant specific electronic codes.  An appointment for a tour is available upon online request and completion of online screening questions and a condensed online application.

Renter requirements include proof of ability to pay, rental history, and no evictions or criminal offenses for past 5 years, and copy of a photo ID.  NO PETS ALLOWED. A background and/or credit verification may be required at applicants' expense.
